How We Serve

Today we engage in a style of mission that is rooted in the Trinity, source of transformation and communion. We pattern our style of mission on the ways of Jesus and the faithfulness of Mary Consolata, sharing God’s consoling love with all people.

In harmony with one’s deepest self, we value a person-centered approach that honors the dignity and diversity of persons, communities, and cultural groups in connection with all creation. We are attentive to the cries of the people for justice and peace, empower them to voice their experiences of injustice and suffering toward change, and stand by them in their efforts.

We are present in the missionary field as catechists, nurses, doctors, dentists, teachers, social ministers, etc. In the absence of priests, we may be responsible for religious services and for assisting parishes in their spiritual life.

In all that we do we seek to respond to the call of being sent wherever the Gospel needs to be proclaimed, especially among the poor.
